Network Care

Network Care is the fusion of Network spinal Analyis (NSA) and Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI). Through NSA people develop 2 healing waves in the spine that are associated with profound improvements in health and wellbeing. As these waves develop, specific patterns of breath/movement and energy evolve that are associated with different internal states. These can be enhanced and developed using SRI to develop higher states of health of body and mind.

Many people find it hard to believe that this is so different from just reading about it. We recommend that you take advantage of our regular free workshops to come along and observe NSA and to develop your understanding of what is really possible.

Network Care is advanced in order through 3 levels – Discover, Transform and Awaken.

In Discover care you body will learn how to effortlessly locate and release tension and pain without having to “understand it”. You will not only find you have less pain in your body, but that you increase energy and vitality

In Transform now that you know how to find and release stress, we work with your body to change the patterns and behaviours that you have that result in you storing stress and tension in your body and assist you in changing those patterns. Resolve painful patterns, become empowered in how you approach your health, experience clearer thoughts and better focus, learn how stress can positively affect your life creating opportunities and growth.
