What is NSA - Talk and Demo - a basic class that everyone is recommended to attend, that explains what we do, why we do it and the benefits to you. Most people get considerably more from their care if they attend this class

The True Power of NSA - for those of you that are looking for more than symptomatic relief, the class explains in greater depth what is possible with network care and how you can get the best from your care

SRI Discover Workshops - Introduces the basics of Somato Respiratory Integration, includes Stages 1, 2 and 3. This gives you a great foundation to handle stress better, manage/decrease your pain and symptoms, learn about your body and to empower yourself to heal.

SRI Transform Workshops - The takes you to more advanced levels of healing, includes Stages 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Somato Respiratory Integration. Prior attendance of an SRI Discover Workshop is mandatory

SRI Awaken Workshop - Stages 8-12 of Somato Respiratory Integration. Only open to those with more advanced strategies, please discuss this with Rachael, Cornelia or Heather

Transition to More Workshops - This is a taster for a Clear Day or a Gate. Includes Stages 3 and 4 of SRI and one Network Entrainment. This is only open to practice members at the end of basic care or in intermediate care and above.

Triad of Change - "Come find out more about Re-Organizational Living and walk away with your personal recipe for energy".  Utilizing cutting edge research and proven concepts, you'll gain insight and wisdom that can be immediately applied day-to-day to live your best life.  Add context and depth to your NSA and SRI strategies."This is open to all, not just those under care.

Clear_Day - A transformational day during which you will participate in 2-3 sessions of SRI and receive 3 Network Entrainments. These events are often life changing. Suitability needs to be discussed before the event. Even if you have had no prior care you may be eligible. Talk to Rachael.

Transformational Gates - These are held in Italy or the USA and are open to practice members who have had a minimum of 2 months care and completed basic care. Donald Epstein entrains on the gates, with a selection of the worlds top practitioners. For more information see www.wiseworldseminars.com
