Our Chiropractor 

Dr. Rachael Talbot is a GCC registered Chiropractor and has recently established Chiropractic 4 Health in Cardiff. Rachael has been in private practice since 2003 and has worked in the Netherlands and England prior to Cardiff. She is excited at being able to bring Network Spinal Analysis to Wales and to serve a new community. She is currently the only NSA certified Network Practitioner in Wales. 

Rachael has extensive experience caring for all ages. Beyond Network Spinal Analysis, Rachael has also completed substantial post-graduate studies in the areas of Neurology and Paediatrics. As part of her paediatric training, Rachael is Webster Certified (a technique for reducing intra-uterine constraint, that is often beneficial in breech presentations)

Rachael is also a member of the United Chiropractic Association.

Reception
Belinda runs reception and will help you to book your schedule of care, provide you with extra information such as CDs, books and leaflets that you help you to get the most from your care. 

Practice Manager
Suketu is married to Rachael and is the Practice Manager. He is currently studying Chiropractic at the University of Glamorgan and brings a wealth of experience to the practice. Aside from his passion for chiropractic, Suketu is an ordained buddhist and meditation teacher.
